Make an invoice, keep the PDF.
Type in who is billing whom, what for and how much. You get the same PDF Orla sends for real invoices. No account, no email, and nothing you type is stored.
Want the invoice to chase its own payment? A link the client can pay, a reminder before it is due, a paid mark when the money lands. That needs an account, and the free plan covers a few invoices a month.
Do I need an account?
No. The page works signed out, and it does not ask for an email to hand you the file.
Do you store what I type?
No. The fields are sent to our server, laid out into a PDF and dropped. There is no invoice to look up afterwards, by us or by anyone else.
Can I put my logo on it?
Yes. It is read in your browser and travels inside the file, so the image is never stored either.
What does an account add?
The parts that happen after you send it: a payment link on the invoice, reminders before and after the due date, and the invoice marking itself paid when the money arrives in a bank account, a card or a crypto wallet.
