Company

Who is behind Orla.

Orla is a budgeting app. It is built by Digital Flow Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202350828Z on 29 December 2023. Orla is not an investment service. It takes no deposits, pays no returns, and never holds your money. Bank and exchange connections are read-only. This page is here so you can check all of that in one place.

The company
01

The entity you are dealing with

Digital Flow Pte. Ltd. builds and runs Orla. It is registered in Singapore under UEN 202350828Z, since 29 December 2023, at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. That number is searchable in Singapore's public company register. The same entity is named in our terms and in our privacy policy, and Singapore law governs both.

02

How we make money

Subscriptions, and nothing else. There is a free plan, there are paid plans, and every price is on the pricing page before you sign up. We do not sell your data. We take no cut of your transactions, because your transactions never pass through us.

03

What we can and cannot touch

Banks connect through read-only open banking, so Orla cannot start a payment. Exchange keys are read-only, and a key carrying trade or withdrawal rights is refused where the exchange lets us see it. Wallet keys are encrypted in your browser and every send is signed there. Card numbers are typed into the payment provider's own form, so we never see one.

04

How to reach a person

[email protected], answered by the people who build the product. There is no phone number on this page because there is no call centre behind it, and a number nobody picks up is worse than none.

Orla is a budgeting app, not an investment product.

Nobody here will ever offer you a return.

What Orla is not
01

Not an investment service

There is no yield here, no fund, no plan with a percentage on it, and no trading on your behalf. We never quote a monthly return, because we do not pay one. Orla reads accounts you already have and files what happened in them.

02

Two domains, and no others

orla.finance is this site and app.orla.finance is the app. Our email comes from orla.finance. The name is used elsewhere on the internet by people we have nothing to do with, so the domain is the thing to check.

03

Anyone promising a percentage in our name

If a site, a group or a message offers you income in the name of Orla, it is not us. Check the domain first, then write to [email protected] and we will confirm.

Questions
Is Orla legit?

It is a real product from a registered company: Digital Flow Pte. Ltd., UEN 202350828Z, Singapore, since 29 December 2023. The registered address is above, the terms name the same entity, and [email protected] reaches a person. What Orla does is budgeting. It never holds your money, so there is nothing to deposit and nothing to withdraw.

Is Orla an investment platform?

No. There is no yield, no fund, no plan with a percentage on it, and no trading on your behalf. Orla reads accounts you already have and files what happened in them.

Does Orla hold my money?

No. Bank and exchange connections are read-only. Wallet keys are encrypted in your browser and every send is signed there. The only money that reaches us is a subscription payment you start yourself.

I found something else called Orla. Is that you?

Probably not. The name is in use elsewhere, in other industries and on other domains, by people we have nothing to do with. Ours is orla.finance, run by Digital Flow Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, and the product is a budgeting app. If you are unsure about something using our name, send it to [email protected].

Who owns Orla?

Digital Flow Pte. Ltd., the Singapore company above. Orla is its product, and it is the entity you contract with when you subscribe.

How do I know I am on the real site?

Two domains and no others: orla.finance for this site, app.orla.finance for the app. Our email comes from orla.finance. Anywhere else, do not sign in.

Someone asked me to send funds to Orla. Is that you?

The only payment we ever ask for is a subscription, started by you inside the app, at the price shown on the pricing page. We never ask for a deposit, and we never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Anything else using our name is not us, and [email protected] wants to see it.
