Without Orla

Three apps, three different totals

Bank, exchange and wallet each show their own number. None is the full picture.

The spreadsheet died in month two

One busy week, and it is out of date for good.

Crypto never joins the budget

It sits on a separate screen, and your monthly numbers ignore it.
How it works

Connect once. It sorts itself.

Connect

Open banking for the bank, a read-only API key for the exchange, an address for the wallet.

Everything is a transaction

Trades, transfers and salary get a category, like any other income or expense.

Close the month

Spending by category, budgets, and a capital-gains report for your taxes.

The ledger

Twenty accounts, one total.

Banks, cards, petty cash, exchange balances and self-custody wallets in one list, converted to your currency. Send, swap or receive straight from the row on the wallets whose keys you hold.

Every account with its balance in one list
Budgets

A budget that knows what you already spent.

Every transaction lands in a category the moment it arrives, so the bar moves without you touching it.

Groceries & home$57 of $600
Education$250 of $300
On pace to exceed around day 5
Transport$137 of $200
Eating out$212 of $180
Why Orla

Sell 0.25 ETH. What shows up in your monthly report?

Every budgeting app says it supports crypto. Ask this one question and the category splits in two: a price ticker, or a ledger.

How Orla books crypto, in detail

Connect one account and see the difference on your own numbers. The free plan does not expire.

Security & privacy

Orla can see your money. It cannot touch it.

Read-only connections

Bank logins happen on the bank's own page. Exchange keys are verified on connect, and one that can trade or withdraw is refused.

Wallet keys stay on your device

The seed phrase is encrypted in your browser. Our servers only see the public address.

Nobody reads your data

Support staff cannot open your ledger. Every export and download shows in a log you can check.

You stay in control

Passkeys, 2FA, a list of every device with access. Export or delete your data at any time.

Questions

The ones people ask first.

Can Orla move my money?
No. Bank connections are read-only and happen on the bank's own page. An exchange key that can trade or withdraw is refused when you connect it. On a wallet you hold the keys, they are encrypted in your browser, and our servers only ever see the public address.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It never expires and never asks for a card. Manual accounts, statement imports and shared spaces cost nothing for as long as you use them.
What happens to crypto in my monthly report?
Trades, transfers and fees become transactions with categories, the same as a salary or a card payment. A transfer between your own wallets is matched by hash instead of being booked as a sale. At the end of the year there is a FIFO capital-gains report.
Which banks and exchanges can I connect?
Banks in the EU, the UK and the US through open banking. Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase and Hyperliquid through read-only API keys. Bitcoin, EVM chains, TRON and Solana by address. Anything else can come in as a statement import.
Who can read my data?
Support staff cannot open your ledger. Every export and download is written to a log you can check yourself, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Do I have to give you an email to try it?
To keep a ledger, yes, it is your account. To make an invoice, no: the invoice generator asks for nothing, stores nothing and hands you the PDF.
