The filing happens without you.

A ledger only stays complete if keeping it costs you nothing. Rules, a merchant dictionary and receipt scanning sort each transaction as it lands. You check the odd one.

What it does
01

One ledger for everything

Filter by type, category, goal or period. Search the text, attach a receipt, follow an on-chain hash to its explorer. Transfers link their two legs and drop out of cashflow, so moving your own money never looks like income.

02

Categorisation that learns your names

Your own rules, a merchant dictionary, similar payee matching, and AI suggestions you always review before they apply. Set categories in bulk, or turn one payee into a standing rule.

03

Receipts, photographed

Photograph a receipt and it drafts the transaction for you to check. Where the line items are legible they come too, and each one becomes a tap that assigns its amount to someone's share.

04

Budgets that carry over

A limit per category by week, month, quarter or year. A warning when you are on pace to break it, with roughly which day. Whatever you do not spend rolls into the next period.

05

Goals with a projected date

A target, a currency, an optional deadline. Progress comes from a linked balance or from the transactions you tag. Then the honest part: what you need each month, what you actually manage, and the date you really get there.

06

Crowdfund a goal in the open

Open a collection on a goal and it gets a public page. Anyone with the link can chip in and watch the bar move. Paid contributions credit the goal on their own.

  • Public goal page
  • Live progress bar
  • Suggested or custom amounts
  • Auto-credited
07

The recurring calendar

A month of recurring income and payments, end of month dates included. Autopay books the due ones for you. Either way it warns you when the projected balance dips below zero.

Questions
Does the AI categorise things without asking?

No. Suggestions wait for your review. Your own rules and the merchant dictionary apply on their own, because you wrote them.

Can I budget across several currencies?

Budgets run in the space's accounting currency. Balances convert at today's rate, past operations at the rate of their own date. History does not move when the market does.

What category types are there?

Income, expense, investment, loans and credit, exchange, cash, transfers, and savings and goals. Categories you mark as excluded stay out of budgets and reports.

What happens to budget I do not spend?

It rolls into the next period, and the limit you see already includes it. Copy last month clones your budgets so you do not rebuild them.

Can a goal follow a whole account?

Either way. Track a linked account's balance, or only the transactions you tag. A shared goal also shows who contributed what.
