Product · shared money
The maths nobody wants to do.
Most money rows are not about money. They are about no two people agreeing on the number. A shared space keeps one number: who paid, who owes, and the fewest payments that clear it.
Splits that match reality
Equally by default. By weights when a couple counts double. Exact amounts when it does not divide. An expense can be in any currency: it converts at that day's rate and the rate is then frozen, so balances stop moving afterwards.
A minimal settle-up plan
Each person's net position, and the shortest list of who pays whom. Not everyone paying everyone. Marking a payment settled updates every balance.
A pay link on the row itself
On any settle-up row, the person owed can make a pay link, pick the account that receives the money, and send it. Once it is paid, the group settlement is recorded for them.
IOUs and loans, kept properly
Debts in any currency, with a pay-back date that shows up in the calendar. Settle in full or in part. Repayments stay out of cashflow and the savings rate, because money coming back is not income. Loans carry a schedule where paying early shortens the term.
One link to join
One invite link per space, good for seven days, revocable by the owner or an admin. The join page shows the space name and drops a new person straight into the group.
What you walk away with
A CSV of every expense with its shares, and a trip summary PDF: totals, what each person paid and owes, the history, and whatever is still outstanding.

Is a group space a full finance space?
No, deliberately. It has Shared expenses and Team & access and nothing else: no budgets, no invoicing. A trip does not need a chart of accounts.
What if we paid in three currencies on one trip?
Each expense keeps its own currency and converts at that day's rate. The rate is frozen once recorded, so today's market cannot rewrite last month's dinner.
Can someone settle up without joining?
Yes. A settle-up request becomes an ordinary pay link, which is a public page. Joining only matters if they want to add expenses or read the ledger.
Who is allowed to add expenses?
Any member. Viewers can read the ledger but not change it, so you can bring someone in to watch without handing over control.
Can we get the numbers out at the end?
Yes. A CSV of every expense with its shares, and a trip summary PDF with totals, each person's position, the history and whatever is still owed.
Split the next trip properly.
One link, weighted shares, and a plan that ends it.
